Super hotel! Even better restaurant. We were there when the store opened and also stayed overnight. The rooms are cozy and nicely furnished. Some of them are still a bit old but still neat and clean. The location is really right in the center of the old town The restaurant is great. Very tasty and generous

Family-run hotel with a locked inn, right on the market square. Room newly furnished. Clean rooms. Dogs are allowed, parking behind the house in the courtyard (free of charge) good breakfast. Delicious meals in the inn. We would love to come back

Friendly service, good value for money, delicious food and nice portions. bright, friendly rooms, toilets clean and contemporary. Parking also works very well on Sunday.

This place is a great hotel in a small town. Great hospitality and great breakfast. Any one thinking about staying here needs to know that there aren't any elevators, so you'll need to carry all your bags up one or two flights of stairs. And the Wi-Fi isn't the best in all the rooms but it is there.

The room I booked has earned zero stars. The bed was out of the glue, I had to assemble it first. The socket behind the bed was open (see picture). The window could not be closed because the mechanics were broken. At -5 degrees outside it was very uncomfortable. The heater could only be turned up to 1.5, there was a lock. Since it was cold because of the broken window in the room, I have removed the lock on the heater. The silicone joints in the bathroom showed some mold and there was a used dirty glass in the bathroom. The soap dispenser was empty. When entering the room I stumbled in the dark always first time over a small step. You always had to look over it to find the light switch. I give two stars, as the breakfast was good. The staff were friendly and the quality of the food in the restaurant was OK. Barrier-free here is unfortunately not available. I would not come here anymore.

In April I had business for 3 days in the Neumarkt St. Veit area and chose the hotel for 2 nights because it was in the center of the locations I had to drive to. The hotel is in a very good location, right in the center. The room was nicely furnished, clean, had a relatively large LCD TV and although the window faces the market square, it was very quiet. The only thing missing in the room was a minibar with drinks. The hotel has free WiFi (hotspot) with an acceptable speed. The bathroom was nice and clean with fresh towels, only a soap was missing. The hotel has a restaurant but I didn't eat here so I can't comment on the food. At the back there is a small terrace that is oriented towards the late afternoon. On the first floor there is a balcony with a table and two chairs where you can go out to smoke. There is a small grocery store, savings bank, bakery and ice cream parlor across the street. There is free parking on the whole street (2 hours with parking disc, from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.). Attention: Tuesday is a day off. The hotel is very good value for money. I can recommend it to everyone without hesitation.
